There are few places on earth where humans have not walked. Yet deep in the Selinda Reserve there are such places. Here there are vast areas of woodland, places that are for lions and elephants only, or herds of buffalo that are never exposed to human pressures. This is a place where wildlife can breathe freely, unmolested and unrestrained.

The Selinda Canoe Trail is an adventure along the Selinda Spillway and is an ideal setting for Botswana's leading canoeing and walking safari. The Selinda Canoe Trail hearkens back to the spirit of safaris of old, when days were spent on impromptu exploration and each night was spent camping along the banks of a river. Today, this experience can still be had on the Selinda Canoe Trail.
